Should I use SqlLite/VistaDB for a blog?

I want to make a portable blog i.e. that it was not necessary to put a DBMS. Now I think what to choose SQLLite or VistaDB. So far, not only can I not decide on a choice, but also with how much this idea is true.
What problems and in what places can I have? In what places. As I understand it, if they only read me, then SqlLite / VistaDB will pull as much as a full-fledged database, but problems can begin if a lot of people want to write there.
Please share your experience and advice.

Get an instance somewhere in the Amazon or somewhere else, raise mysql in it (at least the hell of a bald one) and transfer your blog anywhere.

you understand everything correctly
. Multithreading will work for reading, but for writing you need a global file lock
