Should I use orchid for the portal?

In general, I am writing a small portal (reference book). Initially I wanted to write on laravel 5.4/5.5. But then an orchid came out, and I think it might be worth using it under the hood, rather than a naked laravel. Who has already used the system, share whether it is worth it or not?
As I understand it, this is not exactly cms, but rather crud. Or is it the second October?
PS if it plays a role, then
I don’t want to use the front on vue2 PPS Oktober, I don’t like it.

I use for the regional portal, 47 types of records, 5 roles, filling through the admin panel and personal account.
Flight is normal.

I studied the package, it’s really very convenient, at first there were inconsistencies in the database, but I wrote to the author of the package and they were corrected, I think it’s worth it, this will significantly speed up the process of developing and supporting the project.
