Should I use IPSec?

Good time everyone!
I have AD on Windows 2019 Server . I
configure "firewall with advanced security" and I want to give permission to a certain port from certain PCs that are in the domain. On the "Remote computers" tab, I click the "Allow connections only from these computers" checkbox and I get a warning that this can only be used when the "Allow only secure connections" action is selected.
In the "Allow only secure connection" settings, as I understand it, everything is set to IPSec, and here I have a question: should I use IPSec? Or somehow set it up in a different way .... I set it to pass through certain IPs, but it's somehow not very convenient to prescribe the ip of users for each rule.
