Should I upgrade to El capitan?

Now yosemite 10.10.5. I read reviews, they write that it slows down and similar bugs. Although a lot of time has passed. Can you tell from your own experience whether there are any disadvantages or is it already possible to safely update?

On my Apple Macbook Air E2014, I did not feel any significant difference whatsoever.
Therefore, if your hands itch, you can upgrade, and if everything suits you, work on :)

Here it would be worth mentioning your hardware. I have a mac air mid 2012, 4gb ram, ssd drive. It was updated a long time ago (immediately after the release), the flight is normal, no brakes and bugs were noticed. If you still had operating systems before 10.10, I recommend backing up everything and installing 10.11 from scratch.
