Should I upgrade to dle 12?

Is it worth upgrading to version 12 of dle, are there any noticeable improvements in speed? In particular, among the innovations it says "Added Gzip compression for CSS files" - does this significantly speed up the download? And of course, the new design of the admin panel beckons))
