How to arrange payment between two clients?
Guys, there is a site like ebay. The essence of the question is how to organize a card2card payment system, or invoicing, between the seller and the buyer, given that (as I understand it) the site does not have the right to store bank card numbers of customers (sellers) without PCI DSS certification. Is it possible to store bank card numbers on the side of the bank, if it is possible to agree? Or does anyone know another way out of the situation?
Scheme - the seller posted the goods on the site, the buyer wanted to buy it, after which the buyer clicks "buy" and goes to the payment form, where he enters his payment card data (but he does not know the seller's card to transfer to) or invoicing according to the same scheme (which is not very convenient). How to be, what do you advise?

there will be no such miracles, everything with cards is controlled and regulated, only through a confirmed sender-receiver
If you don’t want money to pass through you, then you absolutely need a payment system that will allow individuals to accept payments from a card:
1) paypal
2) payoneer
But it’s better to just accept cards for your company
