Should I upgrade from Ubuntu 18.04 to 19.04?
I have Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS, I want to upgrade to the latest version, but don't know if I should?
LTS versions of Ubuntu are long supported, non-LTS versions are not. But if I update to 19.04, will Ubuntu be supported for a short time?

Over time, innovations from 19.04 are backported to 18.04, but already tested. I advise you to upgrade only to the LTS version. Regular versions are something like a testing ground. If you want to fight glitches, you can update.
No, you should update to 20.04, then to 22.04.
And it's better not to upgrade, but to reinstall while maintaining /home.
19.04 is not an LTS version for use, but a preview for enthusiasts.
I want to update to the latest version
What's the point of updating? Is something not working for you and is it fixed in the new version? Do you have a service with a critical vulnerability (I doubt it) that is ONLY fixed in the new version? If so, then yes, probably. If not, then the principle "works - do not touch" has not been canceled.
She was buggy for me. Yes, the dwarf has become smarter, but I don’t see any other reasons to switch to it. Stability is more important. And if you really need some fresh software, then ppa and snap will help. Moreover, then they will still transfer the most successful to 18.04
Will take a few days. Because there is incomplete package compatibility between 18.04 - 18.10 - 19.04. My dist-upgrade system broke down, I spent several days looking for a solution. Then just reinstalled in an hour.
In general, 19.04 is more pleasant, it has innovations, it is not buggy. I used LTS before, but I don’t see much point in them for a home PC.
