Machine translation from one language to another

Should I translate Bootstrap's twitter description?

Hello habr.
I looked at a recent article on twitter bootstrap ( here ) and thought that among coders not knowing English is more forgivable than, let's say, among programmers.
Therefore, I decided to ask if it is worth writing an article in the style of a semi-translation of the twitter bootstrap documentation for beginners?
I myself use this framework, it would be nice to make an article about this framework.

It's just that the translation will certainly find its reader, but its value is doubtful.
But a semi-translation with its notes and practical problems and solutions, with its real experience - this will be what you need, with two hands "for"!

If not machine translation, then why not.

I recently ran into bootstrap and somehow I didn’t notice the language there at all. There are so many good examples that you can not read the text at all. Connected 2 files and forward. But for beginners, it will probably be useful. Translate of course, if you have time and desire.
