Should I start learning SWIFT from the learn to code(swift 5.1) module in the playground?

In the module, we have to control the character using commands, functions, loops and conditions. The commands are superficial (movement, press the button, take the gem). at this level, we use all the possibilities in the form of for , if / else and func, but we don’t see the code that the commands (movement, action) consist of. In this regard, the question is not too casual and whether it is worth wasting time. If anyone has come across

umm... all people are different: someone comes through reading, someone through visuals.
if you already have a background in programming, it is better to read their book and / or other materials / tutorials.
if not, their playground (which is just made for complete noobs; not specifically in swift, but in general in programming) quite clearly demonstrates the basic concepts.
