Should I remove links with poor performance?

There are many links in Sape Rentals. After checking by CheckTrust, it is clear that many low-quality ones have been identified. Does it make sense to bother, shoot, pick up new smooth ones in their place. Or just buy new ones with normal quality?
Do low quality links negatively affect rankings?

Of course they do.
If you are promoting under Google, then you can remove low-quality links by moz, ahrefs and majestic. There is an assumption that all links from Sapa will eventually turn out to be of poor quality, if so, leave the most normal ones, remove the rest.
If you are moving under Yandex, then shoot everything in general and the sooner the better. You are very lucky that Minusinsk did not reach you.
