Should I register a new acc to odesk?

4 years ago, I registered an account on Odessa, but did not start working on it. Only passed a couple of tests. Now I want to work hard. And I'm not satisfied with the login on it.
Does the date of registration affect anything, or can you safely close and open a new one? Same situation with freelance.com

and what's the difference what kind of login is there? All the same, the surname and name are involved everywhere, and the login is only during registration.
