Should I localize the url?

Hello. I am doing a Maltese project. While I'm writing another engine, I want to ask.
Should I localize the url according to the user's language?
Interested whether it will affect the search engines? Thanks in advance.
For example, there will be url

http://localhost/ru/домой
http://localhost/uk/додому
http://localhost/en/home

Opinions on this matter differ, IMHO you should not mix Latin and Cyrillic in URLs. And if you write in the user's language or in transliteration - there is no significant difference for searching, PS understand and highlight both options in the search results.
