the question is - all the time I could not decide which language to look for, I studied c #, c ++ a little and I know enough html, css , js (a little) (I know that these are not languages) so, after wwdc I'm very interested in SWIFT, so it's worth learning it I don't know c # or c++?

This is a new language. He just showed up. Nothing has been written on it yet. And it is sharpened strictly for iOS and MacOS.
Decide what you want to write. systemic or applied. From application sites or database.
Learn C#. It is not difficult to master and at the same time is in demand.

Stick to your interests. What do you want to do? Write desktop applications? Mobile? Games? Websites? Browser apps? Grow flowers?))
And then look at the stack of technologies that are used in the direction you are interested in.

If you know js, c++ or c# you won't find anything new in swift.

Well C# is stable and speaks for itself. Where you live depends on how quickly you can find a job as a C# developer. As a hobby - please, the language is cool. Perhaps soon there will be a boom in swift programmers, if you have time, the place is yours. But do not forget that one swift is not enough, you also need a computer on macOS and study the Foundation UIKit frameworks, etc.
