Should I learn express.js?

I didn’t find actual Russian lessons on node.js, but I found a Russian site that tells in detail about the express framework. So, is it possible to immediately start learning node with express, or do you need to learn a pure node first?

The best way to start is by learning English. You won't be able to write properly without it.

Express is just a framework (what a twist). Today express, tomorrow koa, then something else. If you're interested in being a monkey who (surface) understands only one framework, then please start with express. It's like learning JavaScript with jQuery.
What do you mean by "relevant". This will be enough to get you started. Much of the material is still relevant. And the ability to use the documentation will solve problems with plugs.
