How to authenticate in PostgreSQL using Sequelize?

Unable to authenticate to PostgreSQL using Sequelize.
I use the following config to connect with PostgreSQL

const sequelize = new Sequelize('test_db', 'postgres', 'password', {
  host: 'localhost',
  dialect: 'postgres',

  pool: {
    max: 5,
    min: 0,
    idle: 10000,
  },
});

such a database exists in PostgreSQL.
The login password is correct because I go through them using the CLI
when I run the script, I get the following
