The volume of data that needs to be understood and remembered to work with flutter is much less than with native ios. If you want, you can grow in 3 months to a state where you can take on a project. IMHO. For a first language, it's not a bad language to start with. It is like C + OOP.
Flutter compiles to native code, so the speed remains the same, and Android compilation is a plus, so the benefits are obvious. Clients often need an application for two platforms at once.
