Should I learn c/c++ as my first language?

I'm 15, I really like the IT field. I know a little html/css.
I want to become a Python programmer, mainly doing back-end development.
But many advise you to first learn c / c ++, for a broader understanding, and so on.
Teach first language c or c++? Do you teach them at all?
And whether to continue learning layout on html/css? Or later?
Thanks in advance.

"I want to speak English. Do I need to learn German for a broader understanding?"
You don't need to learn C to be a Python programmer. You can and should learn C dialects in any case.
Knowledge of language A is not a hindrance to knowledge of language B.
You can often see vacancies for a C programmer, where knowledge of Python is indicated in the desired skills.
In my work (mostly programming in C and C++ for hardware and Windows) I often encounter situations where "here you need to write in Python, and here in Bash, and here in HTML and Toad-script, and here on some other bullshit."
PS: they say that in the example with English and German, you must certainly start with English, but not vice versa.

I would start with C as a base to understand how memory works etc.
It is impossible to do without this knowledge
