Should I install PhpStorm for the front-end developer?

As I understand it, PhpStorm is a more stuffed version of WebStorm with a focus on backend developers.
But I increasingly notice that it is the frontend that develops much faster and WebStorm versions get all the new features before they then get into PhpStorm.
Is it worth using WebStorm, if for the most part I only do layout and rarely work with PHP (mainly for small scripts or something to correct).

PHPStorm - includes WebStorm, the maximum that you can lose is the difference in the price of licenses between them.

How often do you need to fix something. If there are two lines once a month, this can be done without syntax highlighting, directly in WebStorm or in a stupid notepad. If there are two lines in a day, you can do it in VIM / Notepad ++ / any editor with highlighting. If there are five lines every day, you can buy PHPStorm.
In the end, get yourself a trial version and see if it gives you any real benefits for a month.
