Should I increase the voltage if the processor does not reach the maximum?
There is an Intel i5 10400f processor. At 100% load, the frequency is kept at 3.97 GHz. Is it worth it to increase the voltage in the BIOS so that it keeps the bar at the declared 4 GHz (not counting the 4.3 GHz turbo boost)? Is this a normal indicator?
In the BIOS settings, the voltage is on the "Auto" bar.

Most likely, it holds just 4 GHz, it’s just that the program through which you are looking gives readings with an error.
