Should I include non-canonical links in the Sitemap?

There is a page structure like this:

/zhilaja_nedvizhimost/vtorichnoe_zhile (/vtorichnoe_zhile)
/zhilaja_nedvizhimost/novostroiki (/novostroiki)

In parentheses are canonical links, outside of parentheses are links describing the entire structure of the directory. Which one should be written to the SItemap? I think it makes no sense to add all the options, since their materials are similar, the difference is only in the "breadcrumbs". But if you add only canonical links, then Yandex (or Google) will not know about the visual directory structure.
