Should I go to HR?
I am 28 years old. I work as a waiter in a club in the center of Moscow. Last year, I plunged headlong into learning Java in order to change my occupation. Previously, I studied as a technologist-programmer, but abandoned it. Now, from December-January, I’m thinking of signing up for the getJavaJob course. him. Understand me correctly - I'm already tired of working in a public catering (worked as a waiter, bartender, manager), but do I need this experience as an HR? Still, it’s a bit embarrassing at interviews for junior development to say that before that I worked in catering. But at the same time, this job gives me a convenient schedule for education and the actual funds for this education.
PS I am a citizen of Ukraine, I rent an apartment, so, unfortunately, there is also a material issue.
PPS specified the employer. symbioway

Return to Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Dnipro
Receive salary in foreign currency for hiring developers or for working as a developer
At the end of the month, have a profit more than in Moscow time
For a career as a developer, HR and waiter don't care, HR is more shameful, maybe even :))) (just kidding of course).
You need to immediately enter as a junior programmer, or you can try the QA Automation path (there may be less competition for the workplace) - test automation is also programming.
Not worth it.
For me, for example, HR is not a person, but a useless aphid. And the waiter - he does the job. A competent waiter is a great connoisseur of human psychology and your impressions of visiting an institution depend on him.
I’m already silent that a smart waiter on a tip can earn much more than a stupid HR.
About HR I can say either badly or nothing.
