Should I demand a refund due to a hidden defect in the Yandex.Direct interface?

We have: disabled advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct for the period from 12/30/2019 to 01/15/2020.
Balance of funds: approximately 1500 rubles
Result: 01/15/2019 there are no funds, while the campaigns are all stopped.
Dialogue with Yandex technical support: "yes, we know about this bug, when you are shown that campaigns are stopped, but in fact they are active. our programmers are working on it."
Discoveries: It turned out that campaigns stopped in 2018 continued to write off funds all this time. The total budget for the period is 127,000 rubles.
Dialogue with Yandex technical support: "Sorry, but you yourself are to blame for using the new interface. There is no such bug in the old interface. We see no reason to return."

Firstly, now you all know that Yandex is quietly robbing you.
Secondly, the question is: does it make sense to demand a return, what are the prospects or hammer a bolt and put up with an evil corporation?

I understand that if Yandex was a monopolist in this area, then you can put up with it and forgive. But it's not.

my audience sits in Yandex, so Yandex is a monopoly for me.
there are other options?
Well, what ended I already wrote, the question is how to develop this topic? Mathematics says that in a scandal, Yandex will have much more losses from clients who pressed money than the cost of compensating imaginary pixels to an individual client.
