Should I change the name of the services folder?

Good afternoon
I am completing the development of the site and now I decided to make such a move, I renamed the "Services" folder (services) to the kiev folder to emphasize the territorial affiliation.
Example: Before
: chistoriya.com.ua/services/ Now : chistoriya.com.ua/kiev/ Please tell me how expedient such a move is from the site optimization? Does it make sense to do this or just leave a folder called services? The second question is whether it makes sense to make pages with a 3rd level of nesting on such a site (chistoriya.com.ua/services/uborka-kvartir/) or leave it as it is ( chistoriya.com.ua/uborka-kvartir/) and how this will affect the future promotion? Thanks

It is better to leave Services, and already on the page itself indicate the territorial affiliation with keywords.
