Should I buy a new macbook air m1 for web development?
I'm a web developer, mostly using Webstorm. Mostly frontend, but sometimes backend.
Now I work from a desktop computer on windows. Two fullhd monitors at 23".
There was an idea to switch to a new macbook air m1. But there are doubts whether it will be convenient. The main doubt is that now I have two large monitors, and there will be one 13.3" + one more can be connected. I tried it in the store, it feels like the monitor, although small, but everything is clearly visible. I've never had a Mac before, but I want to try it, because there is an experience of switching from android to iphone and it is positive.
Share your experience, who dealt with windows on a desktop computer, and then a macbook, how does the screen size feel?

Storm seems to support M1 has already been released.
If it's time for you to upgrade right now, I would switch to M1.
Through the adapter, you can still connect more than 1 external monitor even to Air.

I now have last year's Air generation 19 with an external thunderbolt monitor, the built-in one is almost always disabled while the external one is connected. There is a usb hub in the monitor, everything is connected there, one wire for charging and screen. The limit on the number of monitors in the Air on the M1 seems to me to be made "for show"
