Should I buy a new development laptop? Or an upgrade?

I'm starting to do web development using asp.net mvc, the project takes a very long time to compile (a simple project). At the moment, a laptop with a trace. specifications:
Intel pentium 2x1.7
ram 4gb
500 hard
8gb ssd cache.
The question is, by increasing the RAM and replacing the xd with an ssd, will there be any changes? Or does it all depend on the processor?

If it is possible to increase the RAM, then go ahead and with the song. + if the project is large, then the ssd would not hurt. But all the same, a dual-core pentium with such a frequency is sluggish to cope with such work. I would advise you to start saving money for a new laptop.
