Should I buy a Macbook pro 13 2014 for ios development for a student?

Approximately 400 battery cycles, original charge.

Should I buy for 3-4 years or buy a newer version for example 2017? It costs 2014 about 65k rubles. Will it be relevant in the next 3-4 years? I think 16 GB of RAM is good. For 2017 and newer macbooks, it costs 8b min. equipment
