Should I add simple projects to github?

The fact is that I recently started writing my own mini-programs / functions, which, in principle, are generally simple. But despite this "simplicity", they are valuable to me in terms of progress (you can compare what I did before and what I'm doing now). Should I upload them to Github? If so, as a repository or a project? Or maybe it is worth combining several such functions / programs into one repository?

Yes, do as you wish. Nobody prevents you from deleting the project or repository later.
You can combine, you can distribute. Github is your personal service, not a portfolio. If you want to make a portfolio, you can either make another github, or clean this one up later. Don't worry, it's not the ultimate question.

If they do not violate any copyrights or laws, then nothing interferes
