How to transfer submodules to your repository and remove them permanently?

Hello everyone,

do you have your own repository, does the cat use submodules from several other public github repositories? How can you pull them into your repository (for example, by folders) and cut off the ends so that the repository continues to work?

the commits history is only for my repository !
