Should each user generate their own folder?

Hello. In order to avoid generating a unique name for the avatar, etc. and the subsequent entry of this name in the database, I thought each user should create his own folder. As a result, write a hard link to the avatar in the script and change only the folder name. The name of the folder will be id. Plus, save the cache and all sorts of tokens in the folder. Or is it not necessary to do so? If not, what are the alternatives?

That is, if I know the user ID, then I automatically get access to his cache and tokens?

OMG, removal of the tonsils through the ass.
What does "To avoid generating a unique name" mean? Is it difficult for you to rename the uploaded image to a hash from md5?
