Should drag and drop files onto the emulator window work on Genymotion?

I'm looking for how to install Google services, everywhere in the descriptions they write that you need to download such and such files, drag them to the emulator and they will be installed. I downloaded, dragged, on the emulator the cursor changes to a prohibition sign, i.e. you can't throw anything in there. Tried different files, everywhere the same. Why?

For ZIP and APK it should definitely, if it doesn't work, install via ADB.
