Should a developer know C and C++, containerization, virtualization, database and scripting languages?

I am writing a resume because I worked as a sysadmin and php developer, and now I am changing the scope from a web developer to C and C ++, I would like to know if I should write my experience as a php developer and sysadmin in a resume for software development in C and C + +?

Or do I not have to know docker, virtualbox, mysql, php, bash, networking and networking to work in software development and do not need to include them in my resume? Or is it necessary to enter it as it will give advantages?

The more the developer knows, the better. But turning a resume into a "dictionary of terms" is still not worth it. It is important to find a balance between effective and profitable self-presentation.

Now the children at school already know this.
