Should a back-end developer switch from sublime text to phpstorm IDE?

We have all developers (back-end, front-end, support) sitting on sublime text.
Backenders set up part of the IDE functionality in the sublime.
Will there be a profit when switching from sublime text to phpsotrm, and if so, in what way?
Development is carried out on bitrix by 90%.

There will be. There are a lot of "goodies" in the storm, which in the sublime you need to either finish it yourself or set it up for a long time, for example, a banal autocomplete, working with FTP, working with version control, working with databases, switching projects, code analyzers, console ..

UPD: The only thing missing is a multicursor, I hope the developers will implement this feature in new versions.

The difference between an IDE and a text editor is that the IDE works with the application and its source code, while the text editor works with text in separate files. The IDE is able to code navigation, and the sublime is only a flawed go to definition within the same file, consider it is not able to.

Certainly!
error highlighting, ftp, git, copozer, convenient debugging, emmet and all this out of the box.

It is very strange that a back-end developer works in a text editor. Sublime, of course, is good and functional, but not for the back-end, IMHO :)
Definitely go.

Of course, move on. PhpStorm will do the dirty work for you, such as remembering all the methods of the class, telling you that the method is non-static, placing parentheses, etc. That is, you will only have to think about the work itself.
