SHD IBM v7000 recovery, canister with error 550 how to get out of the start state?

1 canister with error 550 in "starting" state.
2 the canister is clean in "candidate" condition without errors.
It enters only one service assistant for maintenance, there is no access to the main web face.
Recovery does not work from both canisters since there is an active canister in the cluster.

what does IBM say? did you send them a ticket on the site? "canister" - shelf or board? if the board then the SSD cache could die, which is treated by replacing the board. I don't remember what error code we had. if a shelf - what does the other board show?
