Sharing wi-fi ubuntu 17.04?

Now I have 14.04 and I distribute wifi with the ap-hotspot team.
Is such a command supported in version 17.04 or is there some other one?

Create an access point in the network menu by selecting "Create a new Wi-Fi network ..."
Then, in the connection settings, select "IPv4 settings" and in the "Method" in the "Shared with other computers" list (or something like that, I don't have Russian interface).
And you don’t need any third-party applications, from ancient times everything can be done out of the box. In a similar way, you can distribute the Internet on Ethernet or any other connection.

There is definitely something for distributing wi-fi.
Though manually using iwconfig
