How to connect to a point with free WI Fi - 300 meters?

Good afternoon!
There is a point with free Wi-Fi at a distance of 300 meters with direct visibility. How can I connect to it? What is needed for this?
I have an old router. There is a computer, laptop, smartphone.
I would like to somehow receive this signal and then distribute the Internet in the apartment to other devices.
