Sharing files within a group of people

Hello! I do singing.
There was a task to organize a convenient exchange of mp3 and text files within a finite group of people. I suspect that there are convenient services for this, but I did not find it right away. I'll be grateful for the tip.

I think SoundCloud is for you.
You can upload, listen online, comment online certain moments of the track, download and fumble for a group of contacts.

Dropbox is not. I myself use it, but I need a service for unprepared users with a simple web interface.

Opera Unit? It's easy to learn to use. Although, IMHO, with a dropbox it would be easier.
