Sharing between two servers through my VPS?

For almost a month now, the server located on the server has begun to slow down terribly, especially in the evening. It is almost impossible to log in via SSH and FTP, they crash on a timeout. Sometimes it connects to the hosting console and you can work, I double-checked everything, looked through the logs of all services - nothing suspicious.
I watched the network and the server with different utilities, the output of the jnettop utility puzzled me.
The last line of box.me is the server itself, and Remote is my connection.
What front.kp.yandex.net and kino-line.su are doing there is not at all clear, it seems that there is an exchange between them through my server. And through port 443, which I do not use at all.
Tell me how it can be and how to stop it?

@Rentable

What you have shown is fine. Your VDS is not alone in the cluster. This way you see the big picture.
Why take a virtual server without any knowledge of administration, that's the biggest mystery.
Hire an admin, he will set up a server for you.
