sftp is not configured in ST3?

I downloaded the sftp plugin, it says in the docs that the config file should be stored in Packages/User/sftp_servers
. I only have the Packages folder. I created the other two and pushed the settings there, but the plugin still does not see them. What to do?

If the operating system is Windows, then most likely you are looking for the Packages folder in the folder with Sublime itself (Program Files).
But in fact, the configs are in the folder
