Several Internet channels for different applications?

Essence of a question:
There are two network cards, on provider on everyone.
How under Win7 (10) to force specific applications to use one of the channels, while everything else will run on the second channel?
The main channel receives only a dynamic address.
The second channel can be made both static and dynamic.
Theoretically, I can register the second channel with handles without a gateway and wrap it with a static route to the desired gateway ...
But for some reason this topic does not work, I have not yet figured out why ...

Traditionally, policy base routing technology serves these purposes . It allows you to configure the necessary routes based on the source and destination ports of the connection. However, as they write in the windows blog , they were not going to include support for this functionality in their OS. Maybe you will find a software solution to this problem.
However, if different destination IPs are used for your services, you can really write a static route.

Yes, I'm interested in the software solution ...
I assumed that there is no such functionality in Windows.
Somewhere I met an article that you can somehow configure through the firewall, but I can’t find it ((

Raise a virtual machine with 2 network interfaces, and in it there is already a solution that allows such ...
pfsense.org or a Mikrotik image.

Depends on applications. At the level of protocols / ports, you can destroy the firewall. Outpost, for example.
