Setting up XBMC on a connected TV

Greetings!
The essence of the question is as follows: there is a stationary home PC to which a full HD TV set is connected via HDMI. XBMC is configured to run immediately on the second screen, then beige on the TV screen, but when watching movies, some slowness is noticeable when watching movies. If you uncheck "play video in full screen instead of full screen mode" in the XBMC settings, then the brakes go away, but you can't use the computer, because. when you press any key on the PC - XBMC is minimized to tray and a desktop picture appears. That is, either viewing XBMC on TV, or working on a computer, and it is important for me to set up simultaneous work on 2 monitors.
There may be a problem in setting the frequency and resolution of the image (I set it to 1920X1080, 60Hz on the video card and on the TV).
Comp of the following configuration (core i5, GTX 550Ti)
Thank you in advance for your answers.
