Setting up Wordpress on Azure?

Deployed Wordpress on Azure. Installed Click Tracker API for traffic management. As a result, the site sends non-client data to the tracker. Incorrect IP, Geo, etc. come to the tracker. Azure replaces everything. Maybe Azure is running PHP locally and that's why it's happening. How to make my site work like on a regular hosting.
