Setting up vlan on unifi via switch, how?

There are UniFi AP-AC-Pro access points, and they need to organize different subnets via vlan. The scheme is now this:
Internet - mikrotik - TP-LINK T1500-28PCT - UniFi AP-AC-Pro
I created a vlan on Mikrotik, I configure this vlan on the unifi controller, but nothing works. Where to dig? How to be? I honestly don't really understand how to do this.

TP-LINK T1500-28PCT (trunk + native)-- UniFi AP-AC-Pro (to the points write who is in which vlan on the SETTINGS>Wireless Networks> Name/SSID>vlan tab. check the box and write which vlan)
