Setting up sip trunk freepbx without authorization from the provider by login\password?

Good afternoon!
The provider threw off the Sip telephony settings, said that they have authorization without a login / password, by IP address.
I do not quite understand how to set up a sip trunk? everywhere on the Internet there are examples of settings with a login password, so there were difficulties.

Parameters for joining via SIP trunk.
Selected network: 172.26.**.152/30 (172.26.**.154 - your equipment,
172.26.**.153 - default gateway)
Server IP address: 89.232.**.56
Port: 5060 UDP
Voice will go from 89.232.**.148
Both of the above IP addresses must be routed through 172.26.**.153
Codec: g711a 20ms
Fax: transparent
DTMF: better inband (but rfc2833 is also possible)
Numbering range:
84322***88 - 84322*** 99 (12 numbers, 4 channels)

@tsar204

in "PEER option"

type=peer
host=89.232.**.56
port=5060
insecure=port,invite
deny=0.0.0.0/0
permit=89.232.**.56/32

do not fill in the "USER options" at all,
write 12 DIDs in the incoming routing, according to the numbering range

type=peer
qualify=yes
nat=no
insecure=invite,port
