Setting up LACP between server and switch?

Hello, dear helping people
1) When is it worth setting up to configure LACP Active + Active or Active + Passive?
2)On Windows server 2019 NIC teaming, what is the difference between Static Teaming (IEEE 802.3ad) and regular LACP modes?
isn't Static Teaming (IEEE 802.3ad) also LACP?
PS: friends, I googled but did not find a specific answer because of this and I ask
Thank you in advance !!

1. It is better to always configure active + active, in which case lacp will rise faster than in the second option. I don’t know a single case when passive would be needed, there are guesses that it was used in ancient times when the bandwidth was small and in order to minimize the number of lacp packets, passive could be used on one side.
2. 802.3ad is LACP. Not a Windows connoisseur, are Static Teaming and 802.3ad offered in one version for sure?
3. I will add, I found this document which describes what is included in the 802.3ad standard. and LACP is used for what we already know about. But it's better to look for a document from the ieee themselves.
