Setting up Dante Client?

Does Dante Client support DNS resolution? Found
this article here. It seems to support if you comment out resolv.conf, then the next question is how to configure and run it? From English to YOU, so the instructions are read, but little is clear. In /etc/dante.conf I registered

route {
        from: 0.0.0.0/0 to: 0.0.0.0/0 via: 192.168.1.124 port = 1080
        proxyprotocol: socks_v4 socks_v5
        method: none
}

where 192.168.1.124 Socks5 server. I also created socks.conf in etc, and wrote the same thing there. How can I wrap ALL traffic through this Socksify? As I understand it, if I want to say wrap the browser traffic, I prescribe socksify browsers(this is an example) and now all browser traffic will go through the Socks server. And how to wrap ALL computer traffic through it? (Except local naturally) Prescribe for each application?
