Setting up cidlookup in asterisk to integrate with amocrm?
Hello. Tell me, I'm trying to integrate amocrm with asterisk. And the instructions indicate that to configure cidlookup in the Free PBX interface, you must select Admin - CallerID Lookup Sources. But I don't have Free PBX attached, and all work is done through the console. Can you tell me how to access this file?
And then it says to write a dialplan for cidlookup
But I don't have what is circled in the picture. How to proceed?

Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
extensions_additional.conf - part of the dialplan that FreePbx generates
extensions_override_freepbx.conf - a file where you can add your own contexts and they will be used instead of those generated by freepbx
In your case, the entire dialplan should (most likely) be in one file extensions.conf
Callerid the caller must be received using the curl utility, as described in the example. If you have a "clean" asterisk, then you just need to add a couple of lines to the right place in your dialplan.
