Setting up a router to access intranet resources from the Internet?

Tell me how, and is it possible at all, to set up a router to access intranet resources from the Internet (for example, I need to add a torrent from a laptop in another city via a webmord, or restart the media player).

Thanks in advance.

Port forwarding. Or, if everything is spinning on one machine, DMZ.

something like this ... as on the screen ... naturally, you specify your ports ... on which your services will spin ...
Tip: do not specify 22 ... since your router listens to port 22 ...
