Setting up a raid motherboard (intel s5000vsa + sas), how to set it up?
Good day to all!
I took an old server, I’m setting it up for the first time (the board is 2003, the hardware is all alive)
I went into the BIOS- F2 - advanced -ata controller configuration -
Onboard PATA Controller - enabled
Onboard SATa Controller - enabled
SATA mode - Enhanded
Configure SATA as RAID-enabled
further F10 , restart, I press CTRl + G, the setting is not called (I tried CTRL + E / I / G,
then if I don’t press anything, Intel Boot Agent GE v / 1.2.45 comes out and nothing happens.

The Intel 6321ESB I/O Controller Hub built into the mother only supports hardware/software implementation of RAID 0, 1, 5 using Matrix Storage Technology on (maximum) 6 SATA drives. Thus, it is a regular host controller or semi-hardware RAID.
And RAID 10 is specified only in the specifications for the board. Those. is also provided only by the software controller.
ok, raid 5 suits, turned off the screensaver in the bios, got such pictures, the server sees only 2 hard ones and the raid is not configured. s/eda/5d5/3ed/eda5d53ed92a45e2afc55f4435081366.jpg" alt="image"/> I
pressed
CTRL+G (I threw off the screenshots) then CTRL+C to conf the board, how to set it up?
