Setting up a Mikrotik rb951 connection between two remote offices on the same subnet?

Good day, there are two identical Mikrotik rb951g-2Hnd in two remote offices, one provider (static ip and Internet connection is via PPPoE protocol). These routers are standardly configured in office 1 with ip: 192.168.0.1 DHCP issues addresses from 192.168.0.51-192.168.0.190, in office 2 with ip: 192.168.0.2 DHCP issues addresses from 192.168.0.191-192.168.0.254. What protocols are used to set up a secure VPN between two offices and organize one subnet (if possible, give a link). If you need to find out from the provider about some issues, I'll find out. Thank you.

Merging two points into one L2 domain is a very bad idea. Moreover, it is not entirely clear how two DHCP servers will then work for you. But if you really want, then here is an option:
1. because. you have white static addresses, then you make EoIP with IPSec
between them 2. On each side, drive the EoIP interface and LAN interface into one bridge
3. Transfer the ip address from the LAN interface to this bridge

and OSPF will suit you?
raise the tunnel (l2tp, gre) between ticks, and then follow the instructions, this method can even be reserved through "whistles". If you like this solution, I can help.
