Setting up a custom filter in Openfire+LDAP?

Is available Openfire fastened to AD. In the Openfire server configuration, the user filter in the column is: (objectClass=user)(objectCategory=person)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2)) i.e. all users that are not disabled. In the group settings - all groups.
How to make it so that only those users who, for example, are involved in the Jabber group but with their own groups (accounting, personnel, ITO) are displayed. I know that there is a way out - to create duplicate groups on AD, for example: ITO, jabber_ITO, accounting, jabber_accounting. Is it possible without the creation of duplicate groups, but to immediately select by filter?
